…n' package - cv_bridge.h header file is now deprecated in the cv_bridge library thus requiring the header to be updated in simulation/mujoco package. - Furthermore, explicit addition of 'core' as a dependency is required for the 'description' package to build successfully in a vanilla workspace.

Issue Description
This PR adds support for, and fixes a minor
colcon build --symlink-installissue. The changes include:cv_bridge.hheader file tocv_bridge.hpp, as the former is deprecated in thecv_bridgelibrary for ROS2 versions from Humble onwards.coreas a dependency to build the packagedescriptionwithout errors in a vanilla ROS workspace.Testing
Successfully built the packages and ran the demo example in a ROS2 Jazzy workspace.
