Update the debug_unlcok and debug_unlock_token functions to support Gen6. Added 2 new types for the Token generated with debug_unlock_token specific to Gen6. Add new MRPC subcmds and command Ids to support the new changes.
Update the fw-read to support kmt (previously disabled in Gen6) and token download new feature for Gen6.

Might be easier to review if it was split up a bit more. The first patch is pretty large, but that's a small point.

Update debug unlock and debug token unlock for Gen6
fw-read to add back support for key kmt download in Gen6. And add token download for Gen6.
