Overview
Adds Chiliz Mainnet (0x15b38) native asset support by mapping CHZ to its CAIP-19 identifier (eip155:88888/erc20:0x677F…DC47) and specifying its non-zero native token address for Price API queries.

Updates the Multicall contract mapping for 0x15b38 to a new address, and records the change in packages/assets-controllers changelog.
