I think we should target including bout metrics from the JABS workflow branch.

While probably not this branch, we should change BEHAVIOR_TABLE_TO_FEATURES nextflow module to use the python version (remove R version) and add bout count columns to output (in support_code/behavior_summaries.py).

Maybe I should use some clarifying language:
New features were written that people want, but not integrated. My request for changes was specifically to get them integrated in nextflow output before this release.
