This PR, in contrast to #590, and as suggested by @casparvl :

  • pushes the available RISC-V software to a separate JSON
  • exposes it on the website.

This PR is incorrectly modifying the files in the details folder, these should not be touched (I think it is because you ran it without the environment variable defined so it fixed all the dates, https://github.com/EESSI/docs/blob/main/.github/workflows/update_available_software.yml#L37).
