CLEM workflow bug fixes

• Removed the '--Zxx--Cxx.tif' part of the file name before parsing the file path to generate a job name. Resolves issue '.tif' appended to recipe names in CLEM workflow #407.
• Replaces '/' with '--' when generating series names to group the TIFF files under while parsing the transferred data.
