Added agency_logos images and url list
Problem
We are missing the agency logos on our Agency and Projects pages!
Solution
Agency logos are unlikely to change often, so, we're committing them directly to the repo!
Result
Test Plan
No testing needed, files just need to exist, and then the team will wire them up correctly after ;)
