It seems to me "CellTowers data" should be "CellTower data", but I sense there is something special about that.
"Neighbour cells" seems like it should be "Neighbouring cells", but likewise.
Also, cold-talking to friends IRL isn't as non-tracked as one might think, but that is another matter for another day. "In already secured channel, or …" might do the trick?
