Pull request overview
This PR updates code ownership assignments in the CODEOWNERS file, transferring responsibilities from @evelyn-ys to new owners.
Changes:
- @notyashhh becomes the new owner for the Keyvault module
- @calvinhzy takes over code review responsibilities for other modules previously owned by @evelyn-ys
- @evelyn-ys is removed from all ownership assignments
