Only sidebar layout -- Always show bookmarks tool bar + window buttons

I like the only sidebar layout, but prefer to see all of my bookmarks tabs and the window controls (minimize, maximize, close).
so something like an in-between the "only sidebar" and "sidebar and top toolbar" option

bookmarks toolbar is already set to always show, and i have to hover over to see them. though pretty, it's slow an annoying.
