[chat] A few minor chat bugs left to fix #63
Description
While typing in chat characters still move with WASD keys - fixed
When walking through a portal it sometimes gives keyboard focus to the chat input
Non public tabs need to be enabled and tested
Chat Log text could stand to be slightly larger fixed
_Shortcuts bar needs to be rigged to open the new chat UI - fixed
Long chat messages do not word wrap. (a horizontal scrollbar would be an easy fix)
Hitting Enter causes the input box to lose focus (this is because the box gets reset and the script drops focus if the box is empty)
