Add a script for getting the block's current production/staging details.

• What is the current behavior?
  There is no way to view if a block is currently in staging without viewing it in the Site Designer from an account with access to see that.

• What is the expected behavior?
  Add an element details (or similar) script script which returns your block ID, version, and if the block is currently in production or staging.

• What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
  This will provide clear information to the developer when wanting to verify their block's status. It can also be useful when a different developer may need to make changes to a block that the previous developer was unable to complete work on.
