Add field to allow for additional email addresses to receive editor notifications #809

What are you trying to do?
Currently there is an option to allow for editors to be notified by email when a workflow submission is accepted/rejected. We would benefit greatly from the ability to specify additional emails to notify on submission.
We have many projects where the content editor is not the project stakeholder and it would be convenient for our internal workflow if the content editor could specify additional email addresses to receive email notifications when submitting content changes through workflow.
What's your proposed solution?
Ideally this would just be an additional input below "notes about your submission" allowing for notifications for that submission to be sent to additional email addresses.
