pytest enhancement - run specific test, <file>, run all tests starting with <file>

Use current default to run all tests
Allow -t or -test to run a specific file via full file path
Allow -s or -start to run search through all tests and start tests with the specific file, then run all test from there to the end
Have drafted code that works and could provide if desired
