Bug: IDE - File explorer, when multiple folders are open, other folders can't close

Context

When opening a few folders in a large tree, sometimes the close folder/collapse functionality stops working.

The ask for this issue is to debug and fix the issues with collapsing open folders. Additionally, being able to collapse the root folder as well.
