Treatment of DC terms in specification

There are DC terms in the documentation with Kernel "coded synonyms" that I somehow think should be formally documented somewhere. In this sense of inclusion, it is somewhat like an application profile (AP) of sorts. Should there be a representation of these terms in the turtle specification of Kernel terms? Or is this something akin to a separate AP document (e.g., documented in the manner of a BIBFRAME AP (i.e., a kind of JSON representation)). OR, am I simply over-thinking this aspect (quite, quite possible).

The coded synonyms are shorthand notation for the globally unique, opaque persistent identifier for each term. To construct the latter, take the former and append it to n2t.net/ark:/99152/ . In some sense, this mechanism duplicates the role of the purl.org/dcx/kernel/ namespace.
