UI: Handle many tabs again

Bug description

The reboot/sequel of #1050 for the v6 era (first resolved in 3.x by #6704 and #4051).

There is an issue if you have too many tabs on your blueprint.

The tabs go beyond the content box when the viewport is large.

The editor's components are cut off when the viewport is small.

How to reproduce

Add a lot of tabs to a blueprint.
