Unable to Create Apps on Spotify Developer Platform – Request for Update

Hi,
I’m raising this here because the developer community hasn’t received any feedback from Spotify so far. For over a week now, we’ve been unable to create new apps on the developer platform, which is blocking active development.

Could we please get an update or acknowledgment from Spotify on the status of this issue?
