Dark mode issue for diagram

On https://skip.dev/docs/modes/ the image looks very wrong if your system is in dark mode:

We've updated this so the diagrams always have a white background. It isn't ideal, but short of making separate diagrams for light and dark modes, it's the best stopgap solution.
