Add New feature

Hello,
Can you add a new feature:

• Launch in service and regularly check that it's working properly and send an email when it fails.

Also send a notification if all is ok so one knows the service is still running.

I used to schedule dcdiag /a and dcdiag /dns on a dc and the resulting files were mailed every day. If the entire domain is working correctly it is a small file. If something is wrong with the replication a scheduled reboot would probably fix the problem.
