Refactor command to utilizes clicks proper distinction between arguments and option.

legacy hamster-cli basically has no notion of options. Only arguments which can be omitted.
This is at times semantically ambiguous and should be replaced by proper use of click options.
As this will break the API significantly, this needs to be postponed until we are willing to do that.
