Chatbot: Change Message Display Layout

Change layout so user messages appear on the right and bot messages appear on left

• Dev to add a prop so it’s opt in that it be right aligned

• Ai messages can have full width to fill the container

• User messages should have some left padding/margin to keep them visibly right aligned
