Match python autoinstrumentation and providers list from node.js

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the python lambda layer only instruments and sends Tracing.

It can match the list of features we have available in nodejs so it can send both metrics, traces and logs by default.

Support Metrics and Logs just like it's supported in nodejs.

Manual instrumentation.
