fix: _Entity_ Node Handling in Graph Visualization Following PR #1062 #1330

Issue Description:
This issue builds on PR #1062, which corrected the labels for chatbot messages. Despite that improvement, the generic _Entity_ node are still included and remain central in the rendered network, which can clutter the visualization.
What I Expected:
After merging PR #1062, _Entity_ node would be either filtered out or de-emphasized so they no longer dominate the graph layout.
What Actually Happens:
The visualization still shows a central _Entity_ node connected to all domain nodes (Location, Area, Crime, Officer, Person, Vehicle, etc.).
