Name comparison beginning from Oct 1st

Since October 1st it is needed to check if the account owner matches to the name mentioned in the transfer. How it that handles via phpfints? When trying to send a transfer, I get the following (error) message: 9076 (wrt seg 3): Namensabgleich erforderlich. It seems that somehow an intermediate step is required.
