Migration doesn't work when certain features are enabled

Apparently, migration fails if:

• PITR is enabled.
• High Availability is enabled
• Audit logging is enabled

We should investigate this and see if it is possible to solve, or alternatively, the migrator should disable before migrating and enable when complete. At the very least, refuse to start migration if any of these are enabled.
