Creating a new PR doesn't follow the same default as when creating it on github.com #8490

@tudortimi

Description

@tudortimi
  • Extension version: 0.128.0
  • VSCode Version: 1.109.0
  • OS: RHEL9
  • Repository Clone Configuration (single repository/fork of an upstream repository): single repository
  • GitHub Product (GitHub.com/GitHub Enterprise version x.x.x): GitHub.com

Steps to Reproduce

I have pushed the following branch name:

What the extension creates as a PR when publishing:

(Notice the dashes.)

What github.com creates when clicking "create PR" on the web:

(Notice the lack of dashes.)

What github.com does is better, because it "title-izes" the branch name.
