I imagine that if you're using multiple topics to search different knowledge sources, you'd need to avoid overwriting System.SearchResults by using the Table() function?

For example, something like:

    - kind: SetVariable
      id: setSearchResults
      variable: System.SearchResults

        =Table(System.SearchResults, ForAll(Topic.searchResults.results,
        {

You can't, but it's also not that important. Knowledge source descriptions are important when there are too many results coming back from the underlying search APIs for the agent to assess relevance based on content. In most scenarios, it is possible to assess relevance based on content.
