Feature Request : Names for Sessions

I love the new Amplifier's session system, but it would be great if you could name sessions and resume session by the session names. I was thinking of writing a little tool to keep track of session ID's and their context, but I thought that maybe this should just be hardwired.

I'm pretty sure someone's already working on this, but thought I'd add it here.
