[BUG] OCR function cause high utilization on both the NPU and CPU #433

Describe the bug
When I use OCR function on my Snapdragon X Plus laptop, both the CPU and NPU show high utilization. I thought the NPU was supposed to handle this on its own. Is this normal behavior?
