[CmdPal] Calculator - handling spaces

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Calculator does not return proper values when values in formula contain spaces (ex. used thousands separators).

Scenario when this would be used?

Calculator should handle spaces cuz values are often pasted from various sources in different formats.

Just to be clear - which locale are you in, and which version of CmdPal / PowerToys?

I just want to know which locale specifically isn't being handled correctly. I'm sure this is upstream from us, but the more information we can pass along the better.

(idly: I wonder if we just strip all the spaces before passing it to the calculation engine, if that would Just Work)
