[FEAT] Allow Manually importing to resolve Equivalent Files in Queue

Wanted change

Manually importing files from Wanted > Missing >Manual Import does not clear up the equivalent file in Activity > Queue would like any file manually imported via the manual import method under wanted tab to clear up the equivalent in the Activity tab.

Reason for change

It will clear up the queue for filled that have already been manually imported by the user, without removing them from the download client.
