Update the Popover component to avoid collisions. Detect if any part of the popover content will be outside of the viewport. If it is, change the popover to appear on the opposite side.

GIVEN a Popover is opened
WHEN any boundary of the Popover content falls outside the vieweport
THEN display the Popover on the opposite side as was configured
