Request add a skip list feature

I ran a full sync on 5k title library and after 4 days, subsyncarr had synced about 250 of titles but I had to restart windows. It then couldn't pick up where it left off and had to start all over again from the beginning. I think if there's a feature to skip files that has been synced would be awesome. Other than that, it works great!
