memory wrapping #20
Description
currently , all read/write into memory are wrapped
in light of this pr:
https://github.com/gavofyork/graypaper/pull/272/files
this maybe a mistake
task:
remove wrapping and see if any test vectors fail, if none fail then wrapping should be considered wrong and removed
