Permissions plex folders

Hello All,
tried asking in discord but had no response.
i followed the instructions. but when I go to Plex and try add
/torrents/movies
/torrents/shows
/torrents/default

plex only recognises torrents folder..

i have set the permissions or tried to.. i have used this: chown -R plex:plex torrents amongst others.

i didnt set up the rclone using sudo which i have seen others have issues... i ran it as per the instructions via copy and paste.

this has happened on three servers.... and i see others having issue with it...

is there anyway to resolve this?
