Cannot subscribe to Kernel Planet feed #760

Describe the bug
My OPML import was freezing, which I eventually narrowed down to the Krnel Planet RSS feed (https://planet.kernel.org/rss20.xml). Removing this feed from my OPML file enabled a successful import, and attempts to re-add the feed individually after an OPML import also fail. All of these failures are silent, carrying no error message either in the GUI or via terminal output when I start the app from the CLI.

Expected behavior
The feed and its content should appear in my subscriptions
