Provide magic link for members to edit own data, e.g. monthly fee amount

Users need to be able to change the monthly fee amount.

Users should be able to see their billing status & history to spot some missing payments.

 * Provide UI for users to fill in their email address to receive magic link to data edit
 * Provide UI to edit data
 * Validate possible values (make sure monthly fee is within limits)
