Note

The pull request "feat(node): Add AI manual instrumentation exports to Node" was created by @RulaKhaled but did not reference an issue. Therefore this issue was created for better visibility in external tools like Linear.

Until we find a way to automatically instrument AI integrations in Meta frameworks, we shouldn't block users from using the manual instrumentation.
