[FR] Custom playback speeds with the slider (or generally)

Since I'm ESL (English Second Language), I have a bit of trouble understanding WAN Show at 1.5x. My most preferred speed is 1.3x.

I wanted to ask if it would be possible to implement a feature where we could set a custom playback speed, either by dragging the slider, or by having a custom option. The ideal scaling sensitivity is 0.1x.

I don't think this makes sense as the default behavior but i think allowing you to change this behavior as setting would make sense.
