UI Bug: Misaligned border styling on "Overview" tab and theme toggle

The top navigation bar has inconsistent or misaligned borders around the Overview tab and the theme toggle icon. The borders don’t appear evenly aligned with adjacent elements, causing a visual imbalance. A small CSS adjustment should fix the spacing and border-radius alignment.
