How to add a folder.

Love the css and javascript folders and how it auto recognizes them.  

The only issue is it doesn't seem to recognize html code snippets.  Right now I'm saving them to CSS with the file name "HTML-someName".  I'm hoping I am just overlooking something here.

My question --> "Is there a way to get the program to recognize html?  Am I missing something?
