How to prevent phoning home?

Hi,

previously the was an environment variable called DO_NOT_TRACK that prevented tracking.

Today I got the Christmas message about supporting the author which I suppose is being fetched somewhere from the net since I don't see this message in the source code.

Is it possible to prevent deployer from contacting 3rd party services/domains other then the ones that are specified in the recipe?
