[Bug] Wrong path in rpm / gppkg #5

Cloudberry Database and PL/Java version
Cloudberrydb 1.6.0
I compiled pljava from source
What happened
I compiled from source and built the rpm with make && make release
After installing the rpm the files are all placed in /temp/
What you think should happen instead
The package contents should be placed in /usr/local/cloudberry-db
How to reproduce
yum install pljava-2.0.0-Linux-x86_64.rpm
