You can specify a placeholder Any-typed variable reference in the init file for each module object that is intended to be importable to fix pylint errors.

To go further, you can, and should, export named members in the module as

import typing

class NestedProperty(typing.NamedTuple):
    sub_property_property: str
    can_go_on_indefinitely: bool


class SomeModuleResourceInstance(typing.NamedTuple):
    some_property: str
    other_property: int
    nested_property: NestedProperty


json_module_member: SomeModuleResourceInstance
__all__ = JsonModuleResource(__name__, __file__).intercept_imports()

This gets you proper typing hints and avoids the errors from pylint.
