Request to Add Tags During Resource Creation and Include Tag ID in RabbitMQ Events

Hi Sir/Madam,

For this discussion, when creating new resources such as VMs, volumes, networks, etc., we would like the ability to add tags at the time of resource creation, rather than after the resource has already been created.

The reason for this is to logically segregate and internally manage resources from the moment they are provisioned. Currently, tags are applied only after resource creation, but our requirement is to assign them during creation itself.

Additionally, we request that the tag ID be included in the RabbitMQ message generated during the resource creation event, as this is required for our internal processing and tracking.

Kindly let us know if this enhancement is feasible or if there is an alternative approach to achieve this.
