community repository

Now that we've got a community repository, might want to just include a link over there: https://github.com/Vector35/community-plugins/tree/master/plugins

I think I've gotten most of the same repos (at least, all of the ones that made themselves have plugin.json -- which incidentally, helps with categorization some. Though feel free to bug people with PRs if they didn't choose good ones. ;-)
