Contact 2-3 volunteers for mentorship related tasks

We want to recruit 2-3 new volunteers to join the mentorship programme management team.

• Review most recent applications in this spreadsheet to pick most suitable interested people
• contact via Slack, assess readiness
• add to mentorship-volunteers channel (do we need to create this new channel or just use org-mentorship?)
• assign first 1-3 tasks (1 per person)
• check with Silke if there's anything volunteer-onboarding related (that'll not take too much time)
