Hi,
many questions, without steps to reproduce, it will be complicated to help. How do you try to install the driver ? With the exe, via VDDControl or manually ? Why don't you use the latest version ?

Anyway, from what I see and suppose, the problem comes from Windows which doesn't recognize the certificate installed with the driver. When installing, you should have a window asking you if you trust the signPath Foundation certificate. If this window doesn't appear then Windows refuses to install the driver. You can also search in the Local Machine certificates, Trusted Publishers to see if the certificate is installed, you should have 2 or 3 signPath Foundation certificates.

I never tried with your driver version (only the latest) but you can still try the community script silent-install.ps1, just change the driver URL you want and try to install it with Powershell (run as administrator).
