Set depth commands needs to handle unified coordinate depth values

A temporary fix was applied for MPM which has a reversed axis for depth. Sensapex is not affected since the axis is not reversed. For platforms that don't have a 1:1 mapping for depth to W axis, the handler needs to properly convert or the binding needs to handle this in the implementation. Idealy, the binding doesn't see this and it is somehow handled at the platform handler level.
